According to the bilateral agreement between United States of America and Vietnam, Vietnam Immigration Department ONLY issues 01 year multiple entry Vietnam visa (maximum 90 days stay/entry for Tourist Visa) for US citizens and they would pay US $135 stamping fee at Vietnam Airport.
